Website Terms of Use
Effective date: August 30, 2026 · Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms concern website use only; logistics services may be governed by a separate written quotation, service agreement, carrier terms, bill of lading or other transport document.
2. Informational content and quotations
Website content is general information and is not a binding offer, guarantee of availability, transit time or price. A quote request does not create a contract. Rates, schedules, routes, customs requirements and carrier availability may change. A binding commitment exists only when confirmed in writing by an authorized MSL representative and any required conditions are satisfied.
3. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate cargo, ownership, value, condition, origin and destination information; comply with customs, export-control, sanctions, safety and documentation requirements; and avoid submitting unlawful, hazardous or prohibited content or cargo. Additional inspections, duties, storage, demurrage or third-party charges may apply.
4. Acceptable website use
You may not interfere with website security, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a disruptive manner, impersonate another person, misuse forms, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, MSL branding, original images, text and code are owned by or licensed to MSL and protected by applicable law. You may view the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without written permission.
6. External services
Links to maps, carriers, auctions or other websites are provided for convenience. MSL does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” MSL disclaims implied warranties relating to website operation. MSL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law and changes
These website Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where the contracting MSL entity is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. We may update the Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date.
9. Contact
Questions may be submitted through the secure contact form or mailed to MSL Corporation, 310 Emmet St, Newark, NJ 07114, USA.
